initial Consultation
This is where Julie will work with you to translate all your ideas, inspiration, and dreams into a floor plan.
Delivery #1 Initial Sketch
-The first draft of plans will showcase the overall footprint of the home layout.

Any tweaks to the floor plan can be made at this time. From there you will discuss exterior elevations and basement layouts if applicable.
Delivery #2 Annotated Plans
-The second draft of plans will include dimensions and any specific notes that are necessary for bidding.
Final Touches
One last round of dotting i's and crossing t's to make sure you are completely satisfied with your plans!
Delivery #3 Construction Plans
-The third draft of plans are ready to be taken to your builder or lumber supplier for bidding, takeoffs, and structural design.
-DWG files are complimentary with every custom plan.
